Services Provided

Falcon Pest Control (Mountain Supply LLC DBA Falcon Pest Control) provides residential and commercial pest control services in Utah, including Utah County, Salt Lake County, Heber City, and Park City. Services are performed by licensed pest control technicians operating under the supervision of a Board-Certified Entomologist (BCE #B3413).

All service plans, pricing, and coverage areas are described on our Services page and may be updated from time to time.

No Contracts

We operate on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts or multi-year commitments required. You may cancel your service with 30 days' notice.

Reservice Warranty

All active service plans include an unlimited reservice warranty. If pests covered under your plan return between scheduled service visits, we will return to treat at no additional charge. The reservice warranty applies:

  • During the active service period (while your plan is current and in good standing)
  • For pest types covered under your specific plan
  • To areas included in the original treatment scope

Reservice calls are subject to reasonable scheduling; we aim to respond within one to two business days.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise invoiced. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, check, and cash. For recurring service plans, payment may be collected automatically on the scheduled service date or invoiced monthly, depending on your preference established at enrollment.

Accounts with outstanding balances may have service suspended until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. There are no early termination fees. To cancel, contact us by phone, text, or email with reasonable advance notice before your next scheduled service date. We request at least 48 hours notice to avoid a scheduled visit.

If you have prepaid for services not yet rendered, we will issue a refund for those unused services within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

Falcon Pest Control is not liable for damage caused by pests that occurred prior to the start of service, damage in areas outside the agreed treatment scope, or conditions resulting from factors beyond our control (including structural deficiencies, water intrusion, or sanitation issues that provide ongoing pest habitat).

Our liability for any claim arising from pest control services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Utah consumer protection law.
