Information we create during service. When we service your property, we generate records that include:
- Service dates, technician notes, and treatment areas
- Pesticide product names, EPA registration numbers, mix rates, and quantities applied (required by Utah Administrative Code R68-7)
- Before/during/after photographs of treatment sites and pest evidence
- Bait-station condition, take rate, and monitoring data
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- Referring URL and search terms
- Cookie and analytics identifiers
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

4. SMS / Text Message Communications
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send service-related SMS messages including appointment reminders, on-my-way alerts, pre-service surveys, service confirmations, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies (typically 2–4 messages per scheduled service, not to exceed 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

5. Photography and Service Documentation
As part of our standard service practice, we photograph treatment sites, bait stations, pest evidence, and related conditions before, during, and after every service visit. These images become part of your service file and may be used in our customer portal, internal training, quality assurance, regulatory recordkeeping, and limited marketing materials.
Photographs used for marketing do not identify you, your address, your name, or other identifying details unless we obtain your separate written consent. You may opt out of marketing use of photographs from your property at any time by contacting us in writing (see Section 11). See Terms & Conditions Section 14 for full details.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following categories of service providers strictly to operate our business:

- Field service software / customer portal vendor — service scheduling, technician routing, and the customer portal where you view your service history and photos.
We work only with service providers that commit to appropriate data security and confidentiality standards.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and basic site functionality. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may not work properly without them. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles outside our own measurement.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including the two-year minimum retention of pesticide application records required by Utah Administrative Code R68-7-16), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
