Falcon is led by Trent Frazer, BCE — a Board Certified Entomologist with a Master's degree in Entomology. The BCE credential is the highest professional certification in the pest management industry, held by fewer than 500 people worldwide. It requires advanced study in entomology, years of field experience, and a rigorous examination.

Falcon's programs were designed from the ground up by an entomologist — someone who understands pest biology, behavior, and ecology at a scientific level. Sean Frazer
Sean Frazer joined his brother Trent at Falcon Pest Control bringing a background that looks nothing like pest control on the surface — and everything like it underneath. With over 15 years as Vice President of Operations across multiple large software services companies, Sean spent his career building the systems and teams that make service businesses genuinely good for their customers: reducing churn not through contracts, but through results; designing customer experience frameworks that turn one-time buyers into long-term relationships; and running operations at a scale that demands accountability at every level.
He also came with direct pest control field experience — so he understands the work on the ground, not just the spreadsheet.
Sean and his family live in Heber City. Sean is overseeing the Wasatch Back service area.
