Essential+ bumps visits to monthly, which is what makes mosquito and rodent add-ons actually effective. Complete includes every specialty pest at a flat rate — no add-ons, no surprises. Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied according to label — the legal and scientific standard for safe use. Products are dry before re-entry. If you have specific sensitivities, ask about our Organic plan, which uses only EPA 25(b)-exempt botanical chemistry with zero synthetic pesticides.
