The rates below are estimates for our Wasatch Back mountain program — built for elevation pest pressure, vacation homes, and the mountain service calendar. Your exact rate can run a little more or less depending on your location and home. You'll have a confirmed number before we ever come out, and it never changes at the door.

Most Park City and Heber City homeowners choose either Essential ($69/mo) for standard pest protection or Complete ($119/mo) if they want voles, rodents, and mosquitoes covered without tracking add-ons.
