Science First
Integrated Pest Management isn't a buzzword for us — it's the method. We identify the pest, understand the biology, and treat the cause. Not just the symptom.
We built Falcon because we knew pest control could be done better — with real science, real accountability, and a genuine commitment to the communities we serve.
Falcon is led by Trent Frazer, BCE — a Board Certified Entomologist with a Master's degree in Entomology. The BCE credential is the highest professional certification in the pest management industry, held by fewer than 500 people worldwide. It requires advanced study in entomology, years of field experience, and a rigorous examination.
Most pest control companies hire technicians and send them out with a spray program. Falcon's programs were designed from the ground up by an entomologist — someone who understands pest biology, behavior, and ecology at a scientific level. That foundation is what makes our treatments more targeted, more effective, and safer for your home and family.
Every treatment protocol, every product selection, every service interval — all of it traces back to science, not sales targets.

We're not a franchise. Not a national chain with a regional manager three states away. When something isn't right, you call us directly — and we show up.
We earn your business every visit. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Every plan includes an unlimited free reservice warranty — if pests return between visits, so do we.
Every service visit is documented. Commercial clients get full inspection reports and product records built for health department audits, HOA compliance, and government RFPs.
Whether you're a homeowner or a commercial property manager, every account's treatment plan is designed and overseen by a Board Certified Entomologist. That's not common. In Utah, it's unique.
Residential plans that scale as your property grows. Commercial programs that flex with your operation. One company, from your first home to your largest property.
Falcon serves residential and commercial customers throughout the Wasatch Front and surrounding mountain communities.

(801) 477-0223Sean Frazer joined his brother Trent at Falcon Pest Control bringing a background that looks nothing like pest control on the surface — and everything like it underneath. With over 15 years as Vice President of Operations across multiple large software services companies, Sean spent his career building the systems and teams that make service businesses genuinely good for their customers: reducing churn not through contracts, but through results; designing customer experience frameworks that turn one-time buyers into long-term relationships; and running operations at a scale that demands accountability at every level.
He also came with direct pest control field experience — so he understands the work on the ground, not just the spreadsheet.
Sean and his family live in Heber City. Sean is overseeing the Wasatch Back service area.
In the State of Utah's own 2026 statewide evaluation (Solicitation #SB26-4, Category 1), Falcon Pest Control earned the highest total score of any vendor — 900.39 out of 1,000 — and the highest technical score by more than 60 points. The full scorecard is public record.
Falcon is Utah's only independent pest control company owned and led by a Board Certified Entomologist. Every protocol is designed by Trent Frazer, BCE #B3413 — the BCE is the industry's highest credential, held by fewer than 500 people worldwide. No long-term contracts, unlimited reservice warranty.
